I had a great stay! The spacious deluxe king suite was super comfy, though some areas looked a bit dated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I'd definitely return!

For anyone thinking about this
This hotel is a gem! The spacious rooms provide immense comfort, and the friendly staff truly make you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious, offering plenty of variety. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax. Conveniently located near shops and markets, it was easy to explore the local culture. I’ll definitely return!

The location is very convenient, perfect for exploring and getting around. The pool offers a good size for relaxation, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately, air conditioning was an issue with leaks after repairs, and I encountered some noise disturbances from road-facing units. Additionally, the breakfast fell below expectations, lacking quality items, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The room I stayed in was huge and super comfortable. Loved the white and turquoise color scheme! Even though it's an older hotel with some dated features, it felt cozy. The air conditioning was a little tricky, leaking even after repairs, but the big queen beds made up for it. Just a bit noisy at night from the road outside, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to that.

It was just an appropriate option for a short stayover in Chiang Mai with value for price. The staff was super friendly and even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. Be aware that breakfast is pretty basic, so consider exploring local food options nearby.

Comfortable stay with convenient location
I had a pleasant stay with a cozy room and friendly staff. The breakfast had a good selection of Thai options, which I really enjoyed, and the nearby supermarket made it easy to grab anything I needed. However, the hotel could benefit from a refurbishment as some areas felt a little dated.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Doi Suthep and the local night markets. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel had a nice outdoor pool. It's in a quiet spot, so we slept great. The shuttle service to the night markets was convenient. Just a heads up for future guests, breakfast is pretty basic, so you might want to explore local options.
One downside was that some of the rooms seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh, but they were clean and comfortable.
